The staff were very good too help me get my PCR test results from the lab. They even fixed some errors made by the lab. They also provided me with other options for getting tested at the hotel. The level of assistance was amazing.
The hotel was quite noisy, especially due to the windows not being soundproof. I could hear conversations and street noise clearly, making it difficult to sleep.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The hotel is well positioned for both the airport and exhibition center, and the shuttle bus service was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable room with a great shower, and the breakfast had a variety of options. this hotel offers great value for the price and is located in a quiet residential area with several shops nearby.

I had a great stay at this hotel near the airport. The location was very convenient, as it was just a short walk to a subway station that took me to other areas around the city, including the historic Capricho Park. The room was clean and well-equipped with a safe and mini bar. The hotel facilities, including the restaurant, were very convenient. The staff were friendly and exceedingly helpful in solving any issues that arose.

Friendly and helpful staff who speak English at front desk and restaurant. Pet-friendly with provided dog bed and food and water dishes. Shuttle service from airport every 45 minutes.
